At Water of Life Midwifery we believe women’s bodies are strong and designed to give birth naturally, surrounded by loved ones and with the support of experienced caregivers. We offer in-home pregnancy care in Midcoast Maine that includes complete prenatal care, midwifery services for labor and birth, and postpartum visits with breastfeeding support. Led by Leslie Walter, a nurse-midwife who’s worked in labor and delivery for over 15 years, we are nationally certifed and licensed to practice midwifery in the state of Maine.
