Eligibility
- Desire for a natural birth experience at home
- Willingness to learn about the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy
- Openness to adjusting nutritional intake and adopting wellness practices
- Participation in labor and birth preparation activities
- Resident of Midcoast Maine
- Low-risk health profile, as assessed during prenatal care
- If transferring from another provider, patients will only be accepted before the 32nd week of pregnancy
Pricing
The total fee for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care is $6,000.
If the fee is paid in full by the 36th week of pregnancy, there’s a 10% discount, lowering the fee to $5,400.
Payments can be made in a lump sum or through one of our payment plans. While we are not currently accepting private insurance or MaineCare, some health share groups (i.e. Samaritan) are accepted. Please contact us to verify the eligibility of your health share group if applicable.
